U.S. stocks opened lower Monday, extending last week’s losses as Treasury yields climbed. The Dow Jones Industrial Average DJIA, -0.30% was down 0.2% soon after the opening bell, while the S&P 500 SPX, -0.18% shed 0.2% and the Nasdaq Composite COMP, -0.18% slid 0.
