Couldn’t care what gender my boss is. This continued pursuit of ramming PC into our lives is depressing though... we aren’t all sexist, we’re happy to be educated and develop but enforcing this may cause undue pressure & resentment which makes it unnecessarily harder for all

Doesn't this contradict feminism?

All this equaility is good... as long as its the right person, not based on age, sex, friends or fashio choices.. just by ability.. can he/she do the job.. if so then they shoud be doing the job!!

Yea just forget about having a baby before you are 45, who needs a family or kids or grandkids while you are shuffling up that corporate pole 🤔 Join the ranks of those desperate women who cant find a husband because they left it too long ....

Or else what? Only if they are qualified! Gender is not an automatic qualifier.

It’s almost like this will be difficult. 🙄
