The Irish Hairdressers Federation says its members are struggling to stay afloat in the face of cost increases overseen by Government.
The hairdressers have now had enough and they have taken their protests to Leinster House, with letters outlining their concerns sent to all of our national politicians. David Campbell is President of the IHF and he says the sector that has “produced some of the best hairdressers in the world” is under very real threat.
