The Film Development Council of the Philippines on Saturday announced its month-long schedule for the Philippine Film Industry Month in September.The fourth PFIM will follow the theme "Tuloy ang Tradisyon ng Pelikulang Pilipino."According to FDCP, the opening ceremony will be on September 1 with a free screening of "Aguila" by National Artist for Cinema, Eddie Romero, at 3:00 p.m. at the Metropolitan Theater in Manila.

From September 20 to 22, the Sinekabataan Short Film Lab and Festival Screenings and Film Talks will be held at the Red Carpet Cinema 1, Shangri-La Plaza, Mandaluyong City.The closing ceremony will be on September 27 at Seda Vertis North in Quezon City, along with the DGPI x FDCP Film Pitch and Awarding Ceremony.The full schedule and details are up on the FDCP social media pages.In 2021, President Rodrigo Duterte declared September as the “Philippine Film Industry Month.
