The Japanese technology giant SoftBank will reportedly invest $100 billion in U.S. projects over the next four years. The Wall Street Journal reports that SoftBank Group CEO Masayoshi Son will join President-elect Donald Trump to announce the investment that will be focused on emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence. A person familiar with the announcement told The Wall Street Journal that the investment will result in 100,000 jobs over the next four years.
