The Small Business Administration defines a small business as one that employs fewer than 500 people. Small Business Week is about recognizing outstanding service, innovation, and development and helping them continue to grow and thrive. The City of Montgomery and Montgomery County just announced new initiatives to support small businesses in the river region and have a number of events planned for the week designed specifically for small business owners.
