BT iPad app users: If you're having problems logging in to the iPad app, please ensure you’ve updated your app to the latest version (6.1.22) on Apple's App Store, which has just been released:

Thumbnails below has no option to hide. Obstruction to view the page as below part is hidden. Learn from straits time app...I was a Business Times online user till mid-July. I was convinced by the sales person to convert to a all-in-1 package and thought I could use the iPad version and also print copy. But unfortunately, the iPad app keeps crashing and couldn't even start properly 9 times out of 10. Furthermore all saved copies are not accessible offline if I don't have Internet access.

After subscribing to BT and using the app for 5 years now, with apps technology progressed so much, I actually find that the BT app is becoming from bad to worse. Now, we users are constantly bombarded by ads - not just only being huge that taken up almost 15% of the page size, some even obstructing the flow of the news.

Since we users of this app are your real paying subscribers, why BT have to subject us to all these non-stop hustling and annoying apps. You should provide us an option to switch off the ads. Lastly, one word description to your opening page on the iPad version — “horrible”. Looks like the designer and planner of this app have no intention to drawing the reader into what news you gave got.I have a business times subscriber for many years but this is the worst experience i had so far. The app has not worked for nearly a week but there is still no update to rectify the error. This is really disappointing...
