I dont understand how KoreanAir_KE is operated via Delta for their flights TO korea. DELTA is waiving the cancellation fees. Why is koreanair NOT? Next time i'll know to NEVER buy my flights thru KoreanAir_KE If the plane they are using is Delta.
I have a flight Mar 13 from Chicago via Seoul to Hanoi and they switched Hanoi to Ho Chi mInH (700 miles away) with no option for me to cancel or do anything. Customer service lines down, onlise self serve disable. Where's quality assurance on this? KoreanAir_KE I want a refund
All other airlines would give full refund to the customers except for Korean air, it’s like they send us to die, very very morally irresponsible and never ever fly with them again

qatarairways is doing that! They offer changes/refunds free of charge ONLY for those whose final destination is Doha. So I guess they don't care if their employees and the rest of the world are at risk of contagion.
