I try to eat a more plant based diet due to my heart issues, but these products, especially those that are prepared (BK, Qdoba, etc.) Have 2-3x more sodium for very little trade off in fat including saturated. I'll take the cholesterol hit over the +500-1000mg of sodium/serving
