Joe Biden won a tightly contested race against Bernie Sanders in the Texas primary, according to Decision Desk HQ and Insider.
Biden clinched the state with 65% of precincts reporting and a roughly 40,000-vote lead on Sen. Bernie Sanders, who led early in the evening but watched his advantage diminish as Tuesday turned into Wednesday.
