NO not because of Corona virus but because we have corrupt idiots governing our State. Democrats have sentenced us n our children to an unlimited time in solitary confinement. They will decide whether we survive, while they continue to get their paychecks n live a normal life.

Result of the lockdown not the pandemic.

Multiple Coffee Beans in LA. Overland and national, Santa Monica Blvd. and Beverly Glen. Smashburger at Venice and Overland. Koji bbq at Overland and Palms Boulevard.

The juice shop in franklin village

Moorpark - The Grinder Restaurant which had been in business for 25 years.

Why? You MFers are part of the problem.

Yeah. A lot of small businesses have closed and people have lost their life investments. Let’s not try to glamourize it L.A. Times. The economy needs to stay open for these things not to happen. Wake up.

Most have gone out of biz from the hate and violence of BLM. They burned them down.

Thanks to the incompetence of Newsom and Garcetti, and all wrongly taken political decisions!

California better find a way to attract business instead of chasing it away. The tax base is eroding. Gasoline taxes are way down due to lack of driving. More businesses offering high paying jobs have left than moved here. The economy is going to hell thanks to the Democrats!

Can't recover from the shut down without massive loans they won't be able to pay, and end up working for the lenders without pay for the rest of their lives. Take Socially security if over 62 and have some peace.

Fix your headline. They closed because of the government shutdown, not because of the coronavirus.

None of our favorite small businesses are permanently closed do to COVID-19. They are out-of-business due to the the illegal, haphazard, on-size-fits-all House Arrest order enacted by the Little Boys Who Cried Wolf: GavinNewsom and his parrot MayorOfLA

I believe a lot of small business are going to close permanently because of the crisis around the world. Here in Montreal, Canada we expect over 30% of the restaurants won't get trough the crisis. We just have to hope for better days!!!

And some have used it as an excuse

Nothing could be less consequential.

Difficult, it’s called anti American liberal Blue politics!!!!

Yeah.. spearmint rhino in van Nuys has closed.. hoping for a quick return.

Not YET but give it 2-3 months🙁🙁

Souplantation. My kids are devastated.

I am willing to let all my favorite stores and restaurants go bankrupt if it saves one life

How would I know, Newsome has imprisoned us all

I the time of the Trump Virus what has or will kill local retail is the entrenchment of Amazon. It is estimated that they will kill 5 direct jobs for every job they create and 10 indirect. They will also bleed massive revenues from communities. All in the insatiable desire for...

Media doesn't care. They love all this suffering. They told government they weren't doing enough. Government shut down everything and now media is like look at the suffering this shut down is causing. They are just as bad as ambulance chasing lawyers.

63,000+ Americans have died & all you care about is bonnets & cupcakes? REALLY? Weigh in on this mariashriver Janefonda Oprah MayorOfLA RealRonHoward cher You mourned the beach earlier. Now bonnets & cupcakes! We need a Paper that REPORTS on the worth of Human LIFE.

You spelled 'gone out of business because of MARTIAL LAW' wrong - again.

The ones out of the business had this destiny because of the CAPITALIST SYSTEM, not because of a virus. Before that (like 12 years ago), what were the excuses? Come on!

Every person I was intimate with there isn't lots people there that is scary okay cool etc Hollywood will perceive me more positive in the movie she escapes and is popular like Scarlett Johansson

I don’t know if any gone out of business yet. I hope they all stay in business after the pandemic

Or because the epic failure of the trump administration in responding late to the pandemic and not having enough protective gear, tests, or reduced incursion through better airport/port screening and isolation. In other words, did trump’s incompetence end your favorite business?

I don’t know if any of gone out of business because I have been at home all the time now

My husband thinks Jared Letos rock sucks

Are these venues not accessing the trillions of dollars allocated for support? For those choosing to close, are they doing so without applying for these funds?

Trader Joe's? Nope, 2 weeks ago, their shelves were stocked full. I'm going tomorrow, we'll see if it's the same deal.

Nothing closed “because of the coronavirus”. Businesses have been forced to close by misguided government regulators.

🖕

I think Pandemic Response Pizza went out of business in 2018.

From what I've been reading about layoffs and furloughs with the loss of advertising $, the may need to add themselves to this list pretty soon.

That decision was forced upon them. Meanwhile, too many in the media are shockingly unwilling to hold China accountable for this global pandemic.

City, population, Cove19 cases.

icestation closed after 20 years.

I'm sure everybody thinks Dave Ramsey ideas are great 3-6 months of savings just in case of emergencies
