Speaking to RTÉ's Today with Sean O’Rourke programme, Danielle Kennedy said hairdressers are being offered up to €200 for a haircut from clients, compared to the regular price of €40-€50 before Covid-19.
"Roughly €150 to €200 for a haircut compared to €40 to €50, so three and four times the normal price to get it done.

Ridiculous. Impossible to be safe when someone’s face needs to be near your face.
No way. It won't work. At my local hairdresser it's a small salon with each seat 1/2 meter apart, and the sinks are side by side. Rotating appointments etc would not generate much profit at all. Instead of asking to open show us what measures you are taking to protect us.
Grooming is a very essential part of life. I’d rather see the hairdressers barbers and salons open than the pubs.
