The UK automotive industry has been in confidential talks with the government over a possible £1.5bn scrappage scheme or “market stimulus package” that it insists should encourage the purchase of diesel and petrol cars on an equal footing with cleaner vehicles.
Or better still Electric!
There is no innovation in this model. Why not look at the tesla model where there is direct manufacture order facility so do away with the useless franchise dealerships?
Why on earth are petrol and diesel cars still being manufactured And where are all these car cemeteries when electric becomes compulsory? More unnecessary waste and cost- absolutely senseless
