Speaking to a Love Holidays customer whose break had run into trouble due to the coronavirus, Phillip said: "Rebecca, if Lovehoney said..." He then realised his error, giggling: "Love Holidays", adding: "That's a whole different package coming through the door. It's a very different package holiday.
