Talks between the CFL and XFL haven't addressed what rules could be implemented if the football leagues join forces, according to Randy Ambrosie.

The CFL and XFL announced jointly March 10 they were entering serious discussions about a potential partnership. The two sides stated they'd agreed to collaborate on how they could possibly grow football together.

"Right now we're trying to understand what the opportunity could look like. That work continues but it's being done in a very positive way.'' "The bottom line for me is that talking with them just reinforces these are truly world-class people,'' Ambrosie said."It's been a real passionate exploration of what we might do to improve the business for everybody and if we can do that, who knows?

The CFL announced Wednesday it was pushing back the start of the '21 campaign from June 10 to Aug. 5 and reducing its 18-game schedule to 14 because of the novel coronavirus outbreak.

I remember winnipegs stadium couldn't fit a full American 100 yards. So it has to be cfl rules.

more interesting in hearing the time of year they will play. Spring?

the end draws nigh!

Keep the CFL rules
