It's not actually showing a gender pay gap though? A pay gap is when people in the same position get paid less, and this account is showing 'that of all men and women working there, this is the pay difference overall'.
I couldn't find anything answering this genuine question...is the data based on jobs 'women with the exact same jobs make x% less' or is it just broadly women at company y make x% less?
