Parkside Uptown will be a 30-story podium style tower and feature high-rise office uses.

Located at 1919 Woodall Rodgers Freeway, the Parkside Uptown project is set to break ground in May, with completion scheduled for 2026, according to a filing with the state. KDC is partnering with site owner Miyama USA on the project.

Parkside Uptown will be a 30-story podium-style tower. The upcoming project will feature high-rise office uses on level 12 and up, with ground floor retail and restaurant uses. The first phase of the project will measure almost 113,000 square feet, according to ain the works for the site, with a total project size topping 493,000 square feet.

"Seamlessly integrated with the award-winning park below, Parkside Uptown extends the green space high onto its façade and welcomes pedestrians with wide sidewalks, ground level retail and a spectacular corner plaza shaded by a heroically cantilevered structure," the project description on the website says."Once inside the elegant, transparent street level lobby, it’s immediately evident this is an exceedingly modern workplace.

The site also touts the prime location:"Just outside the front door is the incredible urban oasis of Klyde Warren Park, featuring gourmet food trucks, café-style seating, and plenty of room to relax and play."Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates in partnership with Dallas-based Corgan.The plans for the site include two 400,000-square-foot buildings with the potential to hold 4,000 workers that are expected to be set within a broader mixed-use development.
