Others are Tony’s Fresh Market and Los Altos Ranch Market.Apollo acquired Cardenas in June 2022 from KKR and already owned Chicago-based grocer Tony’s Fresh Market. The brands continue to operate separately under the Heritage Grocers Group umbrella.
