Ex-Companies Commission chief, son charged with graft

Investigations into the Companies Commission of Malaysia have uncovered multiple cases of corruption linked to the awarding of an IT contract and other projects worth billions of ringgit. – The Malaysian Insight file pic, October 1, 2019.

FORMER Companies Commission of Malaysia chief executive officer Zahrah Abd Wahab Fenner will be charged with corruption tomorrow together with her son Abdulazeez Wan Ruslan at the Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court. The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission said in a statement it has concluded its investigation into the case.
