This role involves leveraging business acumen and technical understanding to define solution vision, conduct requirements gathering, and ensure alignment with user expectations and business strategies.

Define user requirements, conduct user interviews and JAD sessions, and manage user acceptance testing.Participate in issue resolution, user training, and solution launch.Qualifications/Skills/Personal Attributes Required:5 – 7 years’ experience using Dynamics 365 CRM .Strong process experience and understanding of business analysis methodologies.Three or more years’ experience in the financial services industry.
