Restaurant Founder Rami Ykmour has discussed with Sky News the difficult but ultimately successful decision to adjust his business model to adapt to coronavirus measures.

Australia’s hospitality industry recorded a national sales decrease of over 15 per cent during the pandemic in 2020.

Mr Ykmour expressed his gratitude for the voucher program in New South Wales and urged people to eat out this Mother’s Day.
