BEIJING : China will exempt 3per cent Value Added Tax for some taxpayers to support small firms, the finance ministry said in a statement on Thursday.The exemption will take effect from April 1 to Dec. 31, the ministry said. (Reporting by Beijing newsroom; Editing by Alex Richardson)
