The freedom of five suspects was short-lived after they committed a business robbery at a retail store in a shopping centre in Blue Downs on Thursday, 7 April.
“Five firearms, an imitation firearm, cellular telephones, Wi-Fi routers and two vehicles were confiscated,” Twigg said. Meanwhile, in an unrelated incident, officers from the police’s Flying Squad received a tip-off of firearms at a house in Magongela Street, Bloekombos in Kraaifontein.
