I agree, vodacom is terrible. August last year I was promised that someone will contact me confirming my cancellation, I recorded the conversation, but still today I'm still getting billed. Many phone calls and emails are unanswered.
That type of conduct describes Vodacom so well , I went through hell in getting them to terminate a contract that already went past its expiry date by so many months . I Will never touch vodacom again

I have been trying to cancel insurance for over 2years. Frustrate one into submission is their strategy. Who do I report this to wendyknowler For clarity contact ended over two years ago, and I have approached TelkomZA via their stores (5 times) + emails (to the cancellation department - they just ignore it) + Twitter (had a chat with somebody but nothing materialised). wendyknowler MTNzaService MTNza you have done this to me
