Reckitt Benckiser Group PLC RKT, -2.35%, a company, and software company Sage Group PLC SGE, -2.16% rounded out the top five largest decreases as their stocks fell 2.35% and 2.16%, respectively. Shares of wired telecommunications services firm BT Group PLC BT.A, +5.70% and industrial/office reits company SEGRO PLC SGRO, +4.68% climbed 5.70% and 4.68%, respectively.
The pound was up 1.46% against dollar GBPUSD, +1.51% at $1.2381 and 0.36% against the euro GBPEUR, +0.33% at €1.1531.
