Velasco, passed away at the age of 56 on July 11, 2024.Velasco, who was born on December 1, 1967, was a respected leader and dedicated professional in the energy sector. During his tenure at Davao Light, Velasco played a pivotal role in advancing the company’s initiatives and ensuring the reliable delivery of electricity to the Davao region.
