HongKong: Stocks open flat on Friday

[HONG KONG] Hong Kong stocks were flat in early exchanges on Friday, ahead of the release of US jobs figures later in the day.

The benchmark Shanghai Composite Index was also flat, edging down 0.51 points to 3,004.74, though the Shenzhen Composite Index, which tracks stocks on China's second exchange, gained 0.07 per cent, or 1.19 points, to 1,592.43.
