REUTERS: German broadcaster ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE's e-commerce arm NuCom Group is exploring the acquisition of U.S. livestreaming app developer Meet Group Inc , people familiar with the matter said on Monday.

Meet Group shares rose as much 21per cent on the news, and were trading up 9per cent at US$5.52 in the afternoon session in New York on Monday, giving the company a market value of US$400 million.
