The survey noted Malaysian agents were the least pessimistic with 74 per cent of agents expecting to earn less in 2020, 38 per cent expecting to earn “significantly less” and 33 per cent expecting to earn “a little less”. “An astounding 82 per cent however believe that this is a good or very good time to buy property,” it said in a statement in conjunction with the release of its Global Coronavirus Agent Survey.
