Just four black CEOs run Fortune 500 companies in America, and three of them are speaking out about racial inequality following the death of George Floyd.

Tapestry is making changes to address these inequalities, said Zeitlin, and over the weekend leadership worked to "convene a number of social justice, legal, and corporate entities to formulate a longer-term plan for addressing systemic inequality" in areas like health, economic opportunity, and public safety.

Ellison reiterated the company's zero tolerance for racism and his commitment to fostering an environment of safety. Leadership will have new resources to better support employee and communities, the letter states. Frazier grew up in the inner city of Philadelphia in the 1960s during the time when Martin Luther King, Jr. was leading protests. Frazier said he was part of a handful of kids chosen by the city to be bused 90 minutes to white schools to get "a rigorous education," where which he was just one of nine black students.

Ferguson's father was a cartographer for the U.S. Army. He says his family didn't have a lot of money but had a fascination for banks and investments and they often talked about it. Ferguson attended Harvard where he studied economics and cleaned bathrooms at the dorms. He became CEO of TIAA in 2008 during the financial crisis after serving as Vice Chairman of the Board of Governors of the US Federal Reserve System.

These CNN articles are a pain in the butt. Look CTV, put the source in the headlines so we don’t waste our time clicking on it. If I wanted to read fiction I would read a book.

Just gag me with this story.

So these guys have been CEO for how long now, and now they want to do something. Now the issue cant wait? Where was the reforms 10 yrs ago, when you had a black President? Where was all these initiatives that could have prevented these things from happening now? Busy making $.

Just because I'm white and have a special privilege of lifestyle before god, DOES NOT MAKE ME A RACIST. I may not understand the fight, but that doesn't make me part of it. I have no problem with people who have a different skin colour.

Show ur community the money. Hire some of us!

I don’t like Tupac. But I like Michael Jordan. Some people will call me a racist for saying this. But those with a common sense would understand it is about his attitude, not his skin color.

You're a bunch of racists. I can't believe you are so intolerant that you're talking about this. Way to divide and define people by their race. Did you ever think the racial issues is because of the media and the government?
