Visitors to Singapore will have to wear electronic monitoring devices to make sure they comply with coronavirus quarantines as the city-state reopens its borders.Hong Kong and South Korea have both implemented similar measures using electronic wristbands to track peoples' movements during quarantine.

I’m cool with this. If you want to visit a place you need to play by their rules. And this is a good rule for keeping other Singaporeans safe.
