Western Australia's South West is exposed to Perth's COVID outbreak, with three sites including a TransWA train listed in Bunbury, as the state's events industry details the huge financial blow of ongoing restrictions.

Association chair Tim Kennedy said 5,000 workers had lost crucial work across more than 25,000 shifts during the 12 days of "industry shutdown", equating to about $7.5 million in wages and earnings lost.

Mr McGowan yesterday said several of the people who attended the rave and still needed to be tested were unlikely to be located because they had provided false or misleading information, claiming some were not answering their phones.

HEALTH FIRST and STAY SAFE.

What does abc news keep reporting like '...no lockdowns planned yet however' implying that lockdowns are the right thing to do?

Should have closed down to SA and QLD sooner I guess this means Clotty won't be campaigning in WA then 🤣

Has the Perth Cup mass pissup been cancelled yet, or is it only those other events that are unsafe ?

What reckless disregard for public safety. They would of known to get tested and isolate but chose to go down south instead. Fingers crossed it hasn't spread in bunbury

They are naming exposure sites oh bless
