The company operating a tour bus that crashed in the Columbia Icefield in Jasper National Park in 2020 has been charged under Alberta's Occupational Health and Safety Act.

Brewster? That company doesn't exist, it was bought out several years ago by PursuitBanff, why is Brewsters name being used when it is Pursuit that actually operates the attraction?
