As economic worries mount, more job ads are making it clear that roles will be office-based

While wage growth in job listings grew at 6.5% year over year in November, that is down from 9% in March 2022 but still higher than the 3.1% from before the pandemic.

That slowing wage growth is anticipated across a range of job categories, with only 18% of industries seeing wage growth holding steady or increasing from May to November.
