Kraken and Paxos are two crypto companies that are among the oldest and most well-established in the industry.

Kraken recently reached a settlement with the SEC to pay a 30 million dollar fine and shut down its crypto staking service for U.S. customers. The SEC accused Kraken of failing to list crypto assets as securities.
