More Alabama lake homes are up for sale this summer: Here’s what the market looks like

Alabama’s lake homes real estate market is heating up just in time for summer, as more properties are hitting the market.is out with its new Summer 2023 Lake Real Estate Market Report, and Alabama is one of many states where lake homes and land are available to buyers.The Alabama market totals $1.467 billion, up 16% from the spring, from $1.224 billion.

And who is looking for homes? According to Lake Homes Realty, 45% of lake home searchers are between the ages of 45 of 64. Of those searching, 54% are male. Nationally, 31 of 34 states covered by Lake Homes Realty showed increases in listings, with only Massachusetts and Montana showing a slight decrease, and Florida remaining largely unchanged.

Beach-Homes.com, offering a central location for more than 68,000 coastal properties in 14 states, from Texas to New Hampshire.
