If swearing was an Olympic sport, Alan O’Herlihy would be a sure thing to bring home a gold for Ireland.

We’ve barely been sitting for five minutes in Everseen’s offices on Cork’s northside before the company’s founder and chief executive admits he’s probably already used up the allotted amount of swear words his head of comms, Nick, had advised him he could use during our conversation.
