"This challenge has been extremely tiring but the support I've received through volunteer bowlers, donations and sponsorships, has been overwhelming," said the 40-year-old.
He said he was "force fed" as he kept going and it got him "through the dark times and into a nice, happy space". Mr Northcote said he got blisters, suffered dizziness and loss of focus, which made it hard to see the ball, when he was batting in the middle of the night.
