B&M and Lidl are among the companies already based at the site.

A new business is set to move into the Clifton Triangle retail park after a lease was agreed with Nottingham City Council. Companies including B&M, Lidl and The Butcher's Shop already operate at the site off Green Lane, which officially opened in 2018.

Most of the units are already filled, with the Sue Ryder charity and Indigo Sun being among the other business based at the triangle. But Nottingham City Council has now announced that it has agreed a lease with a company for Unit 1 of the development. The letting of the unit was previously announced last December and it is not clear why the unit is now being let again, with no company having moved into it since the first agreement was approved. But the council says the new agreement, approved on October 6, will "reduce costs associated with a void unit and produce income towards the council's income targets."The council added: "The property has been marketed and terms agreed at market rental level.

The other firm operating at the Clifton Triangle is the Ruddington Veterinary Centre. The company moved from its previous home in the Rushcliffe village last year as part of a £1 million investment.
