Renderings show H-E-B's major renovation plans for Central Market Chocolate bars: A chocolate habit can get pricey really fast. Central Market goes a long way to alleviating that with a line of chocolate bars that are certified organic and made with fair-trade ingredients at a very reasonable price. Most bars are $2.99, and you can select everything from a creamy milk chocolate clocking in at 36% cacao to a bold and bitter bar at 85%.
