In the Philippines where morality comes at a price, it is oftentimes more profitable to go back against your word than it is to keep it.For example, in franchising, one complaint against franchisors is, they'd leave you hanging after receiving your franchise fee.
If you were scammed because you were stupid or ignorant, that's on you, an understandable risk of doing business.Later on, I realized my questions were unhelpful. Instead of feeling constantly frustrated about the dishonest way people do business here, I changed my mindset and rephrased my question.
