This is an independent charity that provides grants to help people who are struggling to pay their bills in England, Scotland and Wales. Who is eligible for the grant? The Individual and Families Fund is available to both British Gas and non-British Gas customers.Before applying for the scheme, you must have sought help from a money advice energy within the last six monthsThe application process is online via this form.How is the money issued?
