Asian stocks' valuations drop to three-month low in January: Refinitiv data

- Asian equities’ valuations dropped to a three-month low at the end of January, as global investors accelerated selling risky assets on fears over the economic impact of a virus outbreak in China.

MSCI’s broadest index of Asia-Pacific shares’ .MIAP00000PUS 12-month forward price-to-earnings ratio fell to 13.72, compared with 14.19 at the end of last year, Refinitiv data showed.
