Evening routines are valuable too, said Denise Sung, founder of Watex Green Living: "Every night before I go to bed, I will prepare a daily to-do-lists on the reminder for next day," she said.Time spent away from the office is almost as important as time spent at your desk or in meetings.
Knowing what your customers want and need is especially important, Sung said. She uses structured feedback forms to learn what she can do to improve her customers' experiences.
