In an interview with Business Insider, Kenna listed five actions all CEOs should take to improve diversity and inclusion in their business. Read on to find out more. Companies cannot afford to return to the status quo, he said — and the more diverse a firm is, the more representative of their consumers it will be.
Working with outsiders highlights opportunities to improve, and as a leader, you can seize on that to drive change."We need to lead equality from the front," Kenna said. CEOs should liaise personally with their employees at every level of your business and work closely with management teams to "empower everyone to evaluate and make the changes necessary".
