Things like healthcare costs, life expectancy, and out-of-pocket expenses earn a score.
In Natixis' latest ranking, released in September 2020, the US came in at 16th place overall. Meanwhile, Iceland, Switzerland, and Norway took the top three spots. Here's how other countries around the world stack up for retirees. Finland gets top marks for quality of life, earning the highest score of any country on the list.
