Wealthy executives are ditching commercial travel for the 'country club' experience of private jets, and luxury destinations are pivoting to meet demand

55-year-old entrepreneur Steve Belknap is just one of the many individuals who's decided to fly private jet in recent months, ditching commercial flights for the convenience of fast, safe, and luxury travel.

Other benefits to spending the extra cash on a private flight include a "country club" atmosphere where executives can mingle with one another. Before the pandemic, Belknap was a regular flyer for both business and leisure, paying upwards of $1,800 a month.
