This, it said, has constituted six new board members for the South West Agricultural Company Limited , for a four-year term while expanding the business in a bid to unlock the untapped potential of agriculture in the region.
Aina said the development is part of a strategy to strengthen its corporate governance and repositioning the company so as to create more wealth, job opportunities and contribute to the nation’s GDP growth. Also speaking, Chairman of SWAgCo, Mr. Owolabi Salami, said he is committed to work towards changing the landscape and investment outlook of agriculture in the region.
