MakeIt Another failure for egalitarianism- not society.

MakeIt Good

MakeIt Was this tweet put out by sarah eisen?

MakeIt Statistics taken from places of employment do not necessarily reflect the employers hiring practices. Culture matters. Women are more likely to prefer flexible hours when they have children. There is NOTHING wrong with that too, It's called LIFE. You cannot change the cosmos.

MakeIt The profit incentive is so great that if there was a competitive advantage to advancing women, it would be done. This issue is self-balancing.

MakeIt Such bogus articles and studies. Do you know how much more likely woman is to drop out of workforce after having a child? Do you realize women spend more hours with family? It’s not the employers fault. It’s a biological differences and lifestyle choices

MakeIt The problem is women are passed over for middle manager roles, then there are too few women executives to choose from for CEO. White men get social promotion to manager in their 30s and 40s when they’re barely qualified. Women have to be 50+ with 15 more years experience

MakeIt Sounds about right.

ForgeRat MakeIt No women should be surprised--we didn't need a survey to know that. The workplace is hell for women. metoo
