The Collision technology conference will be held in Toronto starting on Monday. The conference will mark a return to the in-person event after being forced to move online when COVID-19 began spreading in 2020.Statistics Canada will release its retail sales figures for April on Tuesday. Total retail sales in Canada hit $60.1 billion in March, virtually unchanged from the month before as a slump in new car sales offset healthy consumer spending gains elsewhere.
